Latinx Heritage Month Showcase: Los Murales Viven

Event description:

Join us for the closing showcase that will culminate Latinx Heritage Month at Columbia University!

Through this troubling year for Latinxs, we must remind ourselves of the beauty and strength of our community.

This year's theme is "Los Murales Viven: Resistiendo Con Colores". We, just like murals, must be beautiful representations of our hope and dreams. Together we can make our community as vibrant as yellows, as deep as blues, and as passionate as reds.

The events held throughout Latinx Heritage Month serve as an informative platform for students at Columbia and Barnard as well as the surrounding community. The closing ceremony will feature traditional and contemporary performances that will include music, dance, and poetry meant to represent the diverse Latinx community.

Food and snacks from various Latin American cuisines will be served!

Tickets are $10. Get yours here: https://web.ovationtix.com/trs/pe/10212983
*Event is open to non-CUID guests*

A night of culture and fashion you will not want to miss!
